Director & Principal Mortgage Broker
Zelka Govich has been working in the Finance and Banking Industry for 40 years. Zelka was employed by the National Australia Bank for 20 years as a Personal Banker, Branch Manager and Mobile Mortgage Manager.
Zelka’s success in Finance is her strong belief in excellent customer service and going that extra step for her clients. She strongly believes it’s the quality of service you provide and the experience that you have, that sets you apart from other Mortgage Brokers.
Zelka opened 5 Star Finance (formerly Cockburn Mortgage Solutions) in September 2005.

Mariana Brekalo
Director & Mortgage Broker
Mariana Brekalo studied a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences and worked in environmental management for seven years. As well as establishing a career in this industry, Mariana is well travelled and has visited over 20 countries.
A change in career lead Mariana to the finance industry where she is establishing herself as a well respected Broker with a positive attitude. She is fully qualified with a Diploma in Financial Services and Mortgage Broking Management.
Mariana joined 5 Star Finance in February 2012.

Ivana McBreen
Mortgage Broker & Business Manager
Ivana McBreen is a qualified Public Relations and Marketing Manager having completed a Bachelor of Social Science. With over 12 years experience in Marketing, Communications and Event Management as well as over 10 years experience in the Banking and Finance Industry Ivana comes to 5 Star Finance with a wide range of skills in multiple disciplines.
Having completed her Diploma in Financial Services and Mortgage Broking Management, Ivana is our newest qualified Mortgage Broker and looks forward assiting clients with their lending needs.
Ivana joined 5 Star Finance in November 2012.

Chloe Allen
Mortgage Finance Coordinator
Chloe Allen studied a Bachelor of Science with Joint Honours in Mathematics and Management Studies at University of Leeds, United Kingdom. Originally from London, she spent a few years travelling and has ultimately settled in Perth.
She has completed her Diploma in Finance Services and Mortgage Broking Management and is excited to develop her career with 5 Star Finance.
Chloe joined 5 Star Finance in March 2015.
